1. Who we are

SvaGate provides an application and backend service to operate and manage gate/barrier access (the “Service”).

2. Data we collect

• Phone number used for SMS verification and account identification.
• Gate/barrier access data: which devices you can access.
• Operation logs: actions (e.g., open), timestamp, and device identifier. Logs may include the user label configured by the administrator (for example: “Vasya apt 46”).
• Technical data: basic device/app data (app version, OS version) for troubleshooting.

3. Why we use the data

• To authenticate users via SMS and provide access to authorized gates/barriers.
• To maintain security logs and allow administrators to review authorized activity.
• To provide support and improve reliability.

4. Who can see the data

• You: your own account and access list.
• Gate/Barrier administrators: may view operation logs for their devices and manage users.
• SvaGate support: may access limited data to provide support and maintain the Service.

5. Retention

Operation logs are retained up to 90 days (unless a longer retention is required for security/legal reasons). Account data is kept while your account is active.

6. Account deletion

You can delete your account at /delete_account.php. Deleting your account removes your access to all gates/barriers. Some logs may remain for up to 90 days for security.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect data in transit and at rest, however no system can be guaranteed 100% secure.
